"Development of Cooperation Strategies"

“1 st Eurasia Local Governments Congress” will be held  co-organized by Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB) and Turkish International Cooperation and Development Agency (TİKA), with the support of the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism and  with the participation of international organizations, local government represantatives of central administration, urban authorities and academics from Turkey and various countries on 15-17 November 2008.

The main aim is to lay groundwork for transmission of experience and to provide cooperation among local government units in devoloping countries on matters of new developments in administration.   

Cooperation and dialog among local governments will be developed; necessary measures will be negotiated  to get permanent communication and  follow-up platform will be established to pursuance new developments in local governments.
